What will be the largest wind farm in Pennsylvania
began construction last week in Wyoming County, just beyond Wilkes-Barre and the Back Mountain area, at the top of Schooley's Peak.
BP Wind Energy and Sempra U.S. Gas & Power have combined to bring the $250 million Mehoopany Wind Farm project to life in the town of Back Mountain town of Noxen.
