Wilkes-Barre held its annual Fine Arts Fiesta last week, thelongest-running festival of its kind in Pennsylvania. The four-dayevent, designed to showcase and celebrate the arts in the Wyoming Valley, featuredjuried arts shows for students and adults, live performances by schoolgroups and professional acts, strolling performers, an artistmarket and ethnic foods.
