On May 12, David Bosnick was named the new president and CEO of TechQuest PA, the state's technology trade group based in Harrisburg. Bosnick, a Scranton native and former telecom executive, has been involved with TechQuest for about a decade and replaces Kelly Lewis, who left to work on a health information exchange startup, according to a report in the Central Penn Business Journal.
